Hi! Jeff and Lisa here. We have been living out our dream since May 2009 operating this family-owned business. We have been captivated by Cooke City since the first time we visited in 1999 and we knew we'd be back to stay.

Our family chose this area as home because of the countless activities. There is so much to do in the summer from wildlife watching, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. We enjoy the serenity and adventure of living in such a unique place. We hope you come and find what you have been looking for, just as we have. This rustic mountain town will definitely ease the stress of a hectic day-to-day. With Yellowstone National Park's Northeast Entrance and scenic Lamar Valley just minutes away, come and experience the wonderful beauty of it all from the comfort of our lodge here in Cooke City!

Located between the Beartooth Mountains and the Absaroka Mountains, Cooke City is just a short distance from from Yellowstone National Park's Northeast Entrance (aka, the Yellowstone North Entrance) and from Gallatin National Forest.

Cooke City is also convenient to two of the country's most well-known scenic drives. Beartooth Highway (U. S. Route 212) runs thru the heart of Cooke City, and Chief Joseph Scenic Byway (WY-296) is a few miles southeast of us.

All in all, Cooke City is the perfect base for all types of adventures, no matter the season.

Great place to stay!

Spent 3 nights at this lodge, room #7, big room, super clean, beds very comfortable, nice size bathroom, small kitchen area was a plus, small flat screen tv with direct tv, great parking, and located in the middle of town. We would stay there again if, in the area, folks that own it and run the lodge are super friendly. Highly recommend this lodge while in Cooke City!

Wonderful Time!

Thank you to Jeff and Lisa for having such great customer service. We made reservations and was hoping for one of the cabins. They weren't available but Jeff made a note that if one opens to let us know. About three weeks before our trip Jeff called to say a cabin was available, we took it. We also added an extra night to our stay. All the rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. We have now stayed here three times and can't wait to come back.

Great Find!

We thought we might stay here for a night and ended up liking it so much we stayed for 3 days. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at some of the restaurants in town and loved going over to the saloon at night. It was really nice sitting on the porch in the evenings with the table and chairs set out. If I ever return to cook City in the future I will certainly be staying here.
